Every VOLTA order ships with tracking. Here's where to find your tracking number and what to do if something looks off.
Where to find your tracking number
After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. This is separate from the order confirmation email you received at purchase.
Check:
- Your inbox for an email from info@shishax.com
- Your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it
- The order page on shishax.com (if you have an account)
How to track
Click the tracking link in the email. You'll be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page where you can see:
- Current location of your package
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery history
How long shipping takes
Standard shipping times vary by region. See the Shipping article for full details.
If you haven't received a tracking email
If it's been more than 2 business days since your order confirmation and you still don't have tracking, the order may not have shipped yet, or the email may have been missed.
- Check spam and promotions folders
- Confirm the email address on your order confirmation is correct
- Submit a support ticket with your order number
If tracking hasn't updated
If your tracking number shows no movement for 3 business days or more, the package may be in transit between scan points or held at customs (for international orders). Wait another day or two before reaching out.
If it's been a full week with no updates, submit a ticket with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
If your order is marked delivered but you don't have it
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Check around your delivery location (porch, side entrance, mailroom)
- Wait 24 hours. Some carriers mark "delivered" before the package actually arrives.
- Submit a ticket with your order number if it doesn't turn up
