Creating your account and managing your profile

Before you can pair a VOLTA, you'll need to create a ShishaX account. After that, all your devices and presets live in your account and sync across the app.

Creating your account

1. Open the ShishaX app.
2. On the welcome screen, tap Register.
3. Enter a username, email, and password.
4. Tap Create Account.

You'll be taken straight to the device pairing screen.

Logging in

If you already have an account:

1. Open the app and tap Login.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Tap Login.

Forgot your password

From the Login screen:

1. Tap Forgot password?
2. Enter your email.
3. Tap Send Reset Link.
4. Check your email for the reset link.

Changing your username, photo, or password

From the Settings tab:

• Profile photo. Tap your avatar at the top of the Settings screen, choose a new image, tap Save.
• Username. Settings → Account → Your Details. Edit the username field and tap Save. (Email is read-only.)
• Password. Settings → Account → Change Password. Confirm, then enter a new password (minimum 6 characters) twice.

Logging out

Settings → Log Out, then confirm.

Logging out clears your local device list and any active sessions. When you log back in, your account and paired VOLTAs will reload.

Privacy and account deletion

For privacy details, go to Settings → General → Privacy Center.

To request account deletion, contact us at info@shishax.com. There's no in-app account deletion option yet.
